Grady

Grady Rains has excelled as a content executive in the gaming and influencer space. He turned NRG Esports into a content production powerhouse that features over 13 million social platform followers and two multimillion-dollar content houses. He also co-founded Full Squad Gaming (alongside Ben), a subsidiary brand that grew its social following to more than 3.5 million in over seven months, landing parnterships with EA Sports, Snapchat, and TikTok. Grady's recent work in original content and brand development landed him on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list under the Gaming category.

BEN

Ben Gallagher is an award-winning media executive with unmatched experience in sports and original content. After launching and developing a new youth-focused brand for NFL Media, Ben replaced House of Highlights founder Omar Raja and drove HoH past ESPN's SportsCenter to become the most-followed sports brand in North America. Most recently, Ben co-founded Full Squad Gaming with Grady, serving as FSG's President and COO. Ben also hosted podcasts and directed business development and social media growth strategy.
